General

Do you offer consultations before treatment? +
Yes. Every new patient starts with a personalized consultation where Katy assesses your unique facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and creates a customized treatment plan. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Do injectables hurt? +
Most patients describe the sensation as a tiny pinch. We use ultra-fine needles and can apply topical numbing cream beforehand to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.
Will I look "overdone" or unnatural? +
Absolutely not. Katy takes a conservative, less-is-more approach. The goal is always "refreshed" and "natural," never frozen or overdone. She builds results gradually so you always look like yourself.
What is the downtime after a treatment? +
Most injectable treatments have zero downtime. You can return to normal activities immediately. Microneedling may involve 24 to 48 hours of mild redness, similar to a light sunburn. Chemical peels vary — light peels heal in 2 to 3 days, while medium peels may take up to 7 days.
How long do Botox and fillers last? +
Neurotoxins like Botox typically last 3 to 4 months. Dermal fillers last 9 to 18 months depending on the product and treatment area. During your consultation, Katy will set clear expectations for your specific treatment.

Botox, Dysport & Xeomin

Neurotoxins

Does Botox hurt? +
Most patients describe the sensation as a tiny pinch. The needles used are extremely fine, and the procedure is very quick. We can apply a topical numbing cream if you prefer.
How long does Botox last? +
Results typically last 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, some patients find their results last longer over time as the muscles are trained to relax.
Will I look frozen or unnatural? +
Not with our approach. Katy uses conservative dosing to soften lines while preserving your natural facial expressions. The goal is always "refreshed," never "frozen."
What is the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin? +
All three are FDA-approved neurotoxins that work similarly. They differ slightly in their formulation, spread, and onset time. During your consultation, Katy will recommend the best option for your specific needs and treatment areas.

Restore Volume & Contour

Dermal Fillers

Are dermal fillers safe? +
Yes. We use only FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers, which are biocompatible and reversible. All injections are performed by Katy Wood, NP-C, under the medical direction of Dr. Michael Jackson, MD.
How long do fillers last? +
Depending on the product and treatment area, fillers typically last 9 to 18 months. Lip fillers tend to last 9 to 12 months, while cheek and jawline fillers can last up to 18 months.
Can fillers be reversed? +
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This is one of the reasons we prefer HA-based fillers for most patients.
Will I have bruising or swelling? +
Some swelling and bruising is normal and usually resolves within a few days. We recommend avoiding blood thinners and alcohol before your appointment to minimize bruising.

Rejuvenate Your Skin

SkinPen Microneedling

How many sessions do I need? +
Most patients see optimal results after 3 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. For acne scarring, 4 to 6 sessions may be recommended. We'll create a personalized plan during your consultation.
Is microneedling painful? +
We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment to ensure your comfort. Most patients describe the sensation as mild and very tolerable.
What does recovery look like? +
Expect redness similar to a mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours. Most patients return to normal activities the next day. Avoid direct sun, heavy exercise, and active skincare ingredients for 72 hours post-treatment.
Can SkinPen help with acne scars? +
Yes. SkinPen is FDA-cleared specifically for the treatment of acne scars. By stimulating collagen production, it helps smooth and soften the appearance of scarring over multiple sessions.

Collagen Stimulator

Sculptra

How is Sculptra different from dermal fillers? +
Traditional fillers add volume instantly with hyaluronic acid. Sculptra works differently by stimulating your body to produce its own collagen over time. The results are more gradual but can last up to 2 years.
How many Sculptra sessions will I need? +
Most patients need 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. The number of sessions depends on the degree of volume loss and your desired results.
When will I see results? +
You may notice some initial volume from the injection itself, but the real results develop over 4 to 6 weeks as collagen builds. Full results are typically visible after your complete series of treatments.
Is Sculptra safe? +
Yes. Sculptra is FDA-approved and has been used safely for over 20 years. It is made from poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible and biodegradable material. All treatments are performed under the medical direction of Dr. Michael Jackson, MD.

B12, Vitamin C & Vitamin D

Vitamin Injections

What vitamins do you offer? +
We offer Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D injections. Each targets different wellness needs, from energy and metabolism to immune support and mood regulation.
How often should I get vitamin injections? +
Most patients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly injections, depending on their individual needs and vitamin levels. Katy will recommend a schedule based on your health goals.
Are vitamin injections better than oral supplements? +
Injections deliver vitamins directly into the muscle, bypassing the digestive system for significantly higher absorption. This makes them more effective than oral supplements, especially for patients with absorption issues.
Do the injections hurt? +
Most patients describe a slight pinch. The injection is very quick and uses a small needle. Any discomfort is minimal and lasts only a few seconds.

Reveal Fresh, Radiant Skin

Chemical Peels

What skin concerns can chemical peels address? +
Chemical peels are effective for acne and acne scarring, uneven skin tone, sun damage, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and dull complexion. The specific peel type will be chosen based on your primary concerns.
How much peeling should I expect? +
Peeling varies by peel strength. Light peels may cause mild flaking for 2 to 3 days. Medium peels can cause more noticeable peeling for 5 to 7 days. We'll prepare you for exactly what to expect based on your treatment.
How often can I get a chemical peel? +
Light peels can be done every 4 weeks. Medium-depth peels are typically spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. A series of 3 to 6 peels is recommended for optimal results.
Is there anything I should avoid after a peel? +
Avoid direct sun exposure, retinol, exfoliants, and active skincare ingredients for at least one week post-peel. Daily SPF 30+ is essential during the healing process to protect your new skin.

Facial Balancing & Harmony

Symmetry Contouring

What is facial symmetry contouring? +
It's a specialized approach to injectable treatment focused on creating balance and harmony across your facial features. Katy uses strategic filler and neurotoxin placement to correct asymmetries and enhance your natural proportions.
How is this different from regular fillers? +
While standard filler treatment focuses on a single area (like lips or cheeks), symmetry contouring takes a whole-face approach. Katy assesses your facial proportions and creates a comprehensive plan to achieve overall balance and harmony.
Is symmetry contouring right for me? +
This service is ideal if you feel one side of your face looks different from the other, or if you want an overall more balanced and harmonious appearance. During your consultation, Katy will assess whether this approach is the best fit for your goals.
How long do results last? +
Results typically last 12 to 18 months depending on the products used and the treatment areas. Touch-up sessions can maintain your results over time.
